Abic cement steel roller with a molten weight of about 23 tons, a diameter of 1900 mm and a height of 780 mm was cast by Shargh Mahan Steel Company at the Esfarayen Steel Complex on 20/09/2013. After roughing, an ultrasonic non-destructive research test was conducted in the presence of experts from Razi Metallurgical Research Center on 26/01/2014, and the complete integrity of the part was verified. In the implementation of this project, the Engineering Design Department of Razi Metallurgical Research Center cooperated with the project executors as a design and simulation consultant, casting supervisor and inspector of this project
