Customers Rights

We regard our customers as the most important factor contributing to the survival of Razi Metallurgical Research Center. We strive continuously to understand and predict our customers’ needs, wants and expectations so that we can create sustainable value for them. In line with these guidelines we will do our utmost to:
Carefully segment our market so that we can recognize and meet our customers’ different needs, wants and expectations. Establish open, honest and respectful two-way communication with our customers while continuously improving that communication.
Train our people to respond carefully, accurately and promptly to our customers through providing them with the required facilities, competencies and qualifications.
Constantly monitor and review our customers’ experiences, critical comments, suggestions and opinions and respond to them in an efficient and effective manner.
Involve our customers in expanding innovations as well as our research offerings.
