Introduction to R&D Department

Enabling optimized production in small scales together with increasing range of products in each industrial plant and decreasing time for production cycles, increasing of production costs and related research and developments, decreasing the time span between research and development and presenting the product and the time required for replacing the products are elements of the modern industrial management systems characteristics.
Competition in domestic market, providing the infrastructures for developing industrial networks and strengthening cooperation between firms in domestic and global levels are the necessities for development of modern industrial management systems.
In order to reach for new technologies, pioneers of industrial economies are mainly focused on research and development. It is clear that developing hi-tech goods or industrial parts with high efficiency and low material loss is impossible unless with focusing on research and development. RMRC research and development is able to execute research and industrial development projects with the aid of its experts and experienced people in industry in many different fields such as optimization of production processes, increasing life cycle of industrial parts, design and selection of appropriate alloys for special services, reverse engineering, providing production design technology of parts and machinery and also providing technical documents for parts
Research and development projects carried out by the RMRC, mainly aim to improve industry competitiveness, cost reduction, material selection and development for specific industries, replacing imported raw material with Iranian ones and providing production design technology for industries. In this regard, the group is in close cooperation with a number of industries including petroleum, gas and petrochemical industries, cement industry, power stations, automotive industry, machinery manufacturing, railway, polymer, biomedical engineering, and a number of others.
