To enhance transparency in service delivery and in accordance with the requirements of the quality management system, Razi Metallurgical Research Center allows customers or their designated representatives to be present during testing, wherever technically and safely feasible.
By making prior arrangements, customers can observe the testing process firsthand and gain assurance regarding the implementation of test methods, the use of equipment, and compliance with relevant requirements.
This service is provided while maintaining the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and technical independence. The customer's presence does not affect the testing process or the validity of the results in any way.
In addition to their laboratory equipment, the laboratories of Razi Metallurgical Research Center are capable of performing research testing at customers' requested locations using portable instruments. Portable research testing is primarily used when testing is required on assembled structures and equipment, such as refinery and power plant equipment, tanks, welded structures, and similar installations. Furthermore, when examining large and heavy components from which sampling is not possible, portable research testing may be the only way to determine their metallurgical properties. With a comprehensive range of portable research testing equipment, Razi Metallurgical Research Center provides the capability to determine the properties of components and assemblies under such conditions.
