The Mechanical Laboratory of Razi Metallurgical Research Center is one of the most comprehensive and advanced mechanical laboratories in Iran and the Middle East. Equipped with the latest equipment and staffed by experienced and trained personnel, the laboratory has the capability and expertise to perform a wide range of mechanical research tests. The laboratory performs general mechanical research tests, including tensile, compression, impact, and bend testing, as well as specialized research tests defined according to various standards for raw materials and processed products. The laboratory can provide testing services to various industries, including metal industries, oil and gas industries, automotive and parts manufacturing industries, road and construction industries, aerospace and aviation industries, and contractors or suppliers of goods related to these industries. National standards organizations and institutions throughout the country, as well as scientific and academic centers, are also among our major customers. The Mechanical Laboratory can perform functional or customized research tests based on procedures provided by customers. Customers can contact the laboratory specialists to discuss the feasibility of conducting other research tests that are not listed. With suitable machining and specimen preparation facilities, we carry out all stages of standard specimen preparation and research testing at this center under the supervision of highly qualified experts and experienced personnel. We welcome any suggestions that can help us provide better laboratory services.

Customer Attendance During Testing ▼

To enhance transparency in service delivery and in compliance with quality management system requirements, Razi Metallurgical Research Center allows customers or their designated representatives to attend testing procedures, where technically and safely feasible.

With prior coordination, customers can observe the testing process firsthand and verify the implementation of test methods, the use of equipment, and compliance with relevant requirements.

This service is provided in accordance with the principles of impartiality, confidentiality, and technical independence. Customer attendance does not affect the testing process or the validity of the results in any way.
